DAY 10 OF EATING HEALTHY- Still going strong !!!!
SUNDAY MESSAGE- Healthy Living- It’s obvious for Deb and I to see as we eat better, count calories and exercise everyday , we continue to feel so much healthier. It’s like a prescription from the doctor for drugs. Except this is a prescription for common sense. I still crave junk food somtimes and I always will. But if we can keep on track , we could make it this time.
THE BIBLE CAN ALSO CHANGE OUR LIVES,
AND CAN TURN US FROM SIN.
IF WE STUDY AND OBEY,
GODS PRINCIPLES WITHIN.
The Bible is God’s prescription for health of our Soul.
Have a nice Sunday with the ones you love

Don Campbell checks out another cool Marooka ATV Dump Truck.
Here is a picture Deb took of Mike and I as I checked out this very cool Marooka ATV Dump Truck. Mike has a fleet of them he rents out in several states boardering Ohio , where he llives for all different types of work. The only reason this one was in the shed was it was waiting for a new set of tracks that were coming in this week. It would have been cool to drive one of these too. He said he would like to extend the side boards on this one. The ATV Dump vehicles range from as small as 5000lbs. up to 45,000 lbs. They look very handy in wet conditions as you could see from yesterdays pictures. Anybody need to rent a Marooka, (:>).

Don Campbell likes this High Flotation Bantam Excavator for digging ponds.
Anybody need a neat little excavator for digging ponds?
Mike has two of them for sale. He said he used to dig ponds for over 15 years , but now has changed his operation and is no longer doing it . They are pretty unique looking alright. The picture below this one shows Mike in the water loading a dumptruck ATV. I’ll post a couple pictures of the ATV Dumptruck Carriers tomorrow too.
DAY 8 OF EATING HEALTHY- Deb and I slept in today until 6:30am . It seemded great. We didn’t walk until 8:00am. Thirty Degrees this morning and lots of frosty roofs and frosty windshields.
We also went to the famers market and bought brocolli, apples, radishes, squash, cukes, and a Gallon of apple cider, umm!! But no donuts !! I am having a cup and a half of cider right now with a granola bar. (:>). Much healthier choice than those greasy donuts I love !! boo, hoo But I also eat several cookies everyday !! I get four little ginger snaps for only 120 calories so I ghave cookies several nights a week for snack.
EATING FOR FUN - We watched a show last night that showed how these days we eat just to eat, not for nourishment. . And we don’t ever seem to get full. Most people go eat at ( all you can eat ) places . So their portion sizes can be huge and they can go back over and over again. And then they get free desserts too. And then go home and eat again. They said on the show that the this next generation of kids is the unhealthiest in history. This next generation will not live as long as their parents. And each generation after that will live shorter and shorter lives. My generation saw the first junk food . I remember the very first McDonalds. The first KFC, the first Arby’s , and the first Burger King. Americas health has gone downhill ever since. It’s like a snowball going down a snowy mountain, theres no way to stop it as time passes it’s a bigger and bigger problem.
Today i am doing great making healthy choices, but I am uncertain about tomorrow. I still admit junk food is fun to eat and I’m sure I will have bad moments ahead. Just got to take it one day at a time.
Have a nice Sat.
